• Build and operate customer-facing integrations (APIs, identity federation, webhooks, imports/exports, and marketplace apps) that reduce manual work for customers, unblock new product workflows, and raise the reliability and security bar across the platform. • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and fellow engineers to design, develop, and ship integration capabilities that unlock new workflows. • Building external-facing APIs and “Bridge” infrastructure for ingest/egress of requests between Kodex and third-party systems. • Shipping identity and verification integrations such as “Sign in with Kodex (OIDC)” and related security reviews, test environments, and customer enablement. • Delivering cross-border / government portal integrations that require careful spec compliance, auditing, and operational rigor. • Productizing existing bespoke integrations into reusable, scalable primitives. • Building self-serve integrations that eliminate manual setup and reduce on-call/customer support load. • Improving reliability and observability across integration surfaces. • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability and respond to incidents. • Raise the bar on engineering quality through thoughtful architecture, testing, and pragmatic refactors.

• Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team delivering on-chain programs and backend services. • Architect and ship smart contracts across EVM and non-EVM chains (Solana and others) with a high bar for precision and safety. • Mentor engineers and set the technical direction for the issuance stack. • Drive code and design reviews, raising the quality bar across the team. • Prepare codebases for third-party audits with comprehensive tests, invariants, AI-assisted review, and fuzz testing harnesses.

• Implement and maintain RESTful API endpoints for the AI platform • Build backend services in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) to support agent lifecycle management and monitoring • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and optimize data access layers and schemas for AI agent operations • Assist in developing authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant features under guidance • Contribute to asynchronous processing systems for long-running AI agent workflows • Write clean, maintainable code and automated tests to ensure reliability • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge sharing • Stay current with modern Python frameworks and AI/agentic development practices

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver impactful features • Build and maintain full-stack solutions, including backend services, APIs, and modern front-end interfaces • Develop AI-powered features to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and risk analysis • Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality • Ensure performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of applications • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions • Mentor and support other engineers while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence
