Client Delivery Intern

• Support Client Delivery and Research • Conduct online research to support active client engagements across healthcare, government programs, and other regulated industries • Review publicly available plan materials, benefit information, and related documentation • Help populate and maintain structured research tools, such as benefit comparison grids • Identify differences, patterns, and themes across researched information with support from Limetree team members • Summarize findings in a clear, organized way for internal review and potential client-facing use • Develop Client-Ready Materials • Draft and organize materials that support client delivery, such as research summaries, comparison tables, meeting materials, and working documents • Help ensure materials are clear, complete, and organized before internal or client-facing review • Support quality checks by reviewing information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Help translate research and raw information into usable formats for strategy, account management, or client delivery teams • Learn Across Cross-Functional Teams • Participate in internal meetings and working sessions to gain exposure to how Limetree delivers work across account management, strategy, behavioral science, data, digital marketing, and creative functions • Help capture key takeaways, next steps, and open questions from internal discussions • Learn how behavioral science, data science, and marketing strategy come together to support client outcomes • Support cross-functional teams with research, documentation, and organizational needs as opportunities arise.

Job Requirements

  • Current, soon-to-graduate, or recently graduated master's student, such as an MPH, MBA, MHA, or related program, with interest in healthcare, consulting, marketing strategy, behavioral science, or client services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and work collaboratively
  • Comfort working with online research, spreadsheets, and structured documentation
  • Ability to manage assigned work, track details, and communicate progress or questions clearly.
  • Experience conducting research, organizing information, and summarizing findings in a clear, structured way
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, presentations, and written materials
  • Interest in healthcare, government programs, public health, or other regulated industries
  • Interest in how behavioral science, data, and marketing strategy can support client outcomes
  • Exposure to marketing, consulting, healthcare, public health, or agency work preferred, but not required

About this role We are looking for a data-driven email expert to join Faire's Growth Marketing team. As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for ideating, executing, and optimizing scaled lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and conversion. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Analytics, and Product to turn customer data into effective and dynamic email campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate has worked in an experimentation-driven environment, has a track record of using AI tools to automate team workflows, accelerate creative testing, and launch new channel experiments with minimal engineering or analytics support, and stays ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends. What you’ll do - Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for a defined area of the retailer journey, translating business goals into audience plans, messaging frameworks, and test-and-learn experiments. - Develop and launch automated email, push, SMS, and in-app workflows based on retailer behavior, lifecycle stage, and intent signals. - Work cross functionally alongside Product, Data, and Design to ensure CRM marketing strategies align with broader business objectives. - Partner with Analytics to understand campaign performance and generate data-based hypothesis to inform new experimentation opportunities. - Analyze campaign trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization. - Partner with the Growth Platform team to integrate models, dynamic content, and AI decisioning into lifecycle journeys, moving the team away from one-size-fits-all toward retailer-specific experiences. - Oversee the technical execution of campaign deployment, and be a thought leader for leveraging new marketing technologies, platforms, and channels. Qualifications - 4+ years hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns optimized for down-funnel metrics (conversion, revenue, retention) - Analytical with structured problem-solving. Comfortable drawing conclusions from large data sets and translating them into clear recommendations - Strong A/B testing knowledge: hypothesis design, audience segmentation, holdout structure, and result interpretation - Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Design - Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate creative testing, and launch new channel experiments with minimal eng or analytics support - Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes = - Excellent written and oral communication. Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). This individual will lead strategic marketing efforts with an immediate primary focus on growing enrollment for Ignite Learning Academy. This individual will play a key leadership role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable enrollment growth. Success in this role will be measured largely by the individual’s ability to increase student enrollment and support the continued expansion of the school. The Director/VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with school leadership, admissions/enrollment staff, and other administrative team members.
