Business Operations Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and drive operational improvements. • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across various departments. • Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and management. • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development, to support business operations and align on strategic goals. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the healthtech sector. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and analysis to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. • Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. • Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment process, including but not limited to participating in interviews. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within your department and across diverse functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in STEM is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis.
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
- Experience within the STEM field is required.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred. Must be willing to complete certification within first 90 days of employment.
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excel experience is required.
- SQL experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

- For this position we offer a base pay of $55,000- $62,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
