Job Description

Yardi Database Analyst

Assistantly

- Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures against the Yardi database for reporting, data validation, and ad-hoc analysis - Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, leasing, and financial KPIs - Developing advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and reconciliations to support month-end close, audits, and recurring reporting - Partnering with the Database Administrator on data integrity checks, performance tuning, and routine database maintenance - Translating accounting, operations, and leadership requirements into technical specifications and deliverables - Investigating and documenting data discrepancies across Yardi modules (GL, AP, AR, lease administration) and proposing corrections - Documenting queries, reports, data sources, and processes to ensure repeatability and auditability - Supporting user training and responding to internal reporting requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Yardi, SQL, BI, or reporting-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager across GL, AP, AR, and lease administration modules
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, and stored procedures
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query
  • Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including GL structure, debits/credits, accruals, P&L, and balance sheet
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Authorized to work in the Philippines
  • Availability to work and overlap standard business hours in GMT
