• Integrate with client banking systems via FastAPI / Python Integration Layer • Troubleshoot our platform interactions, SIP/VoIP systems, gRPC services, and production latency issues • Deploy and configure platform components via Kubernetes / Helm • Analyze logs, debug incidents, remove technical blockers on the client side • Leverage available tools, scripts, and technical resources to troubleshoot integrations and ensure successful platform performance. • Own end-to-end integration into client infrastructure • Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and release planning • Manage client expectations and escalations • Work directly with client DevOps / IT teams • Lead architecture selection for new pilots and cluster setup

• Grow and lead a team of 4-7 direct reports: dig in and understand their work, their goals, and what’s in their way • Establish team norms and a working culture that sets people up to do their best work with clear expectations and honest feedback • Improve how the team works: drive clarity on priorities, healthier processes, better cross-functional handoffs • Own the team’s execution roadmap and delivery: scope and sequence work, unblocking your team early and often • Partner with Product to align your team’s priorities and goals with the overall Product roadmap and initiatives • Help shape and ship our MCP server from early-stage to production-grade • Drive a public API strategy that prioritizes reliability and developer experience • Support and strengthen the delivery team behind our web application and agentic apps

• Lead, manage, and mentor a group of data engineers. • Own the strategic design, development, and evolution of the Common Event Bus (CEB) architecture. • Actively manage technical debt and guide the team through migrations from legacy processing frameworks. • Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into efficient data models. • Perform high-impact code reviews, optimize data pipelines, and provide critical guidance on performance and scalability. • Contribute directly to development work and troubleshooting alongside your team.
