Senior Director, Creative

Veeam Software

• Set and evolve the creative vision for Veeam’s global brand aligned to our new positioning. • Lead concept development for major campaigns, launches, and high-visibility programs (Ex. RSA and VeeamON). • Raise the creative bar across digital, video, social, web, experiential, and OOH. • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently presenting ideas and influencing strategic direction. • Ensure all creative output reflects Veeam’s values, vision, and market leadership. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary creative team. • Establish clear processes, standards, and frameworks to scale creative strategy across the organization. • Foster a high-performing, collaborative and continuously improving culture. • Provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback. • Translate business goals into creative strategies and deliverables. • Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain brand consistency. • Oversee quality control for all creative output. • Evolve and maintain Veeam’s brand guidelines. • Identify opportunities to innovate our visual and verbal identity.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in global B2B or tech.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful, forward-thinking creative work in the technology sectors.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, design sensibility, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience leading integrated creative teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in creative tools and modern production workflows.
