Regional Director – Revenue Strategy

Crescent Hotels & Resorts

• Leverage practical management experience to set realistic goals and allocate suitable resources to achieve them. • Develop relationships with all leaders within Crescent, ownership groups, asset managers, operations, sales, digital, business development, and finance to create and execute yield-generating strategies, assess hotel offerings, and identify pricing opportunities. • Work with area and corporate directors to maximize time spent with hotel teams to efficiently execute strategies. • Engage the digital department to provide ideas and support for online distribution of strategies and creative assets for strategy optimization in the digital space. • Identify weaknesses, develop solutions, implement corrective measures, and hold teams accountable to achieve desired outcomes. • Monitor performance and manage proper hotel metrics, including KPIs and index scorecards. • Develop and execute initiatives that increase revenue and market share. • Develop and utilize advanced analytical models that measure elasticity and yield. • Assess pricing strategies for ancillary offerings and total hotel revenue. • Effectively communicate company revenue management standards through property visits, remote auditing, training, and analysis of hotel revenue performance against established goals. • Lead a team of revenue managers to drive property and regional performance, improve business processes, and manage high-profile strategic accounts. • Train and coach property leaders on producing accurate revenue forecasts by market segment, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day forecasts on an ongoing basis. • Lower distribution costs across all channels, including CRO, GDS, brand.com, and third-party channels. • Display leadership skills that inspire and encourage staff to deliver the highest standard of revenue strategy and management.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Revenue Strategy experience is required.
  • Must be Marriott OYv2 Certified.
  • Expert level experience with Marriott brand hotels.
  • Experience with multi-brand and independent/soft-brand hotels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively gather, analyze, and utilize key data to support proposed initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships with hotel teams, senior operations leaders, and ownership groups.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

These supervisors will lead staff, provide training and mentoring, and oversee staff initiation of collection activities. These positions are responsible for directing, reviewing, and developing professional staff within the Compliance Bureau. Professional staff within the bureau focus on different types of collection activities. These positions will support staff in one of the following areas: - Office Collections: This supervisor will lead staff of varied levels of experience who are responsible for collecting overdue taxes and other agency debts. Initially, agents work mainly in a call center environment responding to contacts from customers. As agents progress, they spend less time on the phone and more time doing computer-based account management investigative work and initiating collection actions. - Process and Data Services (PDS): This supervisor will lead staff that perform exception work for the bureau. These duties include processing paper mail, payments, and significant manual refund work, especially during the filing season. This unit also manages employer contacts for wage attachments and vendor offsets for the bureau. This position will be headquartered in Madison only.
