About the Role: SailPoint IT is building a world class IT product management team and continues to look for top-notch IT product managers to expand the team. Having a software engineering background and experience supporting the channels or partner functions is critical for success in this challenging and rewarding role. Your Impact: - Define vision and strategy for partner-facing products that support indirect sales motions. - Partner with Channels, support & Services, GTM, Legal, HR, Finance ,Product Management and engineering teams to develop products aligned with the product vision. - Drive products from ideation to launch - Responsible for defining and driving the business process, solution and writing of user stories which will translate into products - Responsible for IT product development and building excellent partnerships with various leaders within the company - Partner with business, product management and engineering to define requirements, develop functional specifications, and estimate delivery timelines - Manage all aspects of the product life cycle including end-user feedback, requirements and issues. - Analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations - Manage business expectations, be proactive in planning for new offerings, and build excellent partnerships with various leaders within the company - AI first approach, keeping productivity in mind while designing Products/solutions. Qualifications Required Qualification: - Rapid Prototyping: Lead the end-to-end development of functional prototypes and new features using AI-native orchestration tools like Lovable, Cursor, and v0. You will be responsible for turning "vibes" (high-level ideas and design language) into live, interactive products. - Iterative "Vibe Coding": Efficiently navigate the loop of prompting, testing, and refining.
