Role Description You will serve as one of our partners operational accounting resource, owning core financial processes end-to-end. You'll work closely with our finance and operations leads to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all transactional accounting activities. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to financial workflows, communicates clearly in English, and is comfortable owning processes independently. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled and documented - Manage the accounts receivable cycle: issue invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain aging reports - Process payments to talent, vendors, and clients in a timely and accurate manner - Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation - Identify discrepancies or irregularities and escalate with proposed corrective actions - Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax) as needed - Support light reporting needs, including cash flow summaries and transaction logs Qualifications - Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations (3+ years) - Strong command of English, both written and spoken - Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and payment processing - Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms - High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and flag issues proactively - Experience working with or for US-based companies is a strong plus

Role Description Advanced Excel skillset required - large data sets, reconciliations, pivot tables, and data analysis to support close and reporting. The Senior Accountant Specialist is responsible for at least one specialty area listed within the Essential Job Function section below. Other responsibilities include preparation and reporting of assigned monthly financial statement components and related financial activities. - Coordination of the annual operating budget process including system development and maintenance, management education and support, interaction and communication with the executive team, analytical review and monitoring of budget inputs, and compilation for board review and approval. - Preparation of monthly financial and operating statements for assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) including budget variance analysis, reconciliations, analytical review, coordination of audit activities, collaboration with administrators, assistance with annual budget development and 990 schedules, as applicable. - Coordination of 3rd party cost report preparation including compilation and validation of data, collaboration with cost report consultant, filing and appeals duties. - Administration of accounting system (fixed assets, general ledger, data warehouse, etc.); responsibilities include maintenance, user access and ad-hoc reporting. - Coordination of the federal and state income tax return preparation process including the annual 990 form for nonprofit organizations, accounting department resource for education and support, collaboration with consultants related to federal and state income tax return, exempt organization return (990) and business income tax return (990T), monitoring and review of 990 inputs and coordination of audits as necessary. - Review, validate and if necessary correct incoming financial data to ensure its integrity for accurate financial reporting. - Assess and enhance internal controls to ensure parameters are in place to minimize financial reporting risk and improprieties. - May also assist with non-assigned specialty areas. • Manage the revenue recognition process and all related tasks, from contract review to customer billing to revenue deferrals and recognition as part of the monthly close process • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations • Assist with sales tax process, including collaboration with Operations team • Prepare revenue reports, metrics, analyses and other ad-hoc duties within the Finance team as needed • Liaise between other members of the Finance group as well as key members of the operations team to ensure seamless operations • Support team efforts to continuously improve and gain operation efficiencies by creating and maintaining documentation for internal training, workflow processes, and communication/troubleshooting
