Project Manager, Software Consulting

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track. • Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria from the very start of an engagement. • Lead the discovery phase with new clients, asking the right questions to understand their business needs before anything gets built. • Break down complex requirements into manageable iterations that the engineering team can execute against. • Own and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps to keep everyone aligned throughout delivery. • Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews. • Keep clients informed with regular, clear updates on project status, risks, and decisions. • Scope and price new engagements, contribute to project proposals, and support the presales process. • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA to make sure delivered features meet client expectations and real user needs. • Monitor project health using relevant KPIs and flag risks before they become problems. • Test completed features to verify they meet the agreed requirements before delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with the presales process including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops.
  • Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset to go with it.
  • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process.
  • Comfort challenging client requirements and advocating for solutions that solve the actual business problem.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time without dropping the ball.
  • Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada with the ability to work across US and European time zones.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.
  • Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
