Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of shipping valuable products
- Proven ability to master complex domains – you've landed in technical or specialized areas (fintech, healthcare, HR, legal, ops) and quickly developed deep expertise and credible product strategy
- Exceptional customer discovery skills – you spend real time with users, uncover genuine needs, and build trust with domain experts. You're credible and inspiring with customers.
- Product strategy and execution – you define roadmaps with clear rationale, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes through delivery
- Strong PM fundamentals – you write clear requirements, work hands-on through delivery details, and balance strategy with execution
- Cross-functional collaboration – you build strong partnerships across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
