Role Description Leidos is preparing as we anticipated a need for a Systems Administrator to support enterprise Air Force application and middleware environments within the Human Resources Systems Technical Support III (HRSTS-III) program. The role supports Linux-based middleware, messaging, web application, and database platforms in a secure Department of Defense (DoD) production environment. - Provide administration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting support for enterprise middleware and application platforms within Linux-based web application, enterprise messaging, and database environments. - Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health while troubleshooting application, integration, and connectivity issues. - Support deployments, upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities, and develop automation and shell scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency. - Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and application teams to support production operations, maintenance activities, and incident response.
