Training & Support - Develop and update training materials for document management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely revisions. - Conduct employee training on accessing and utilizing project documentation through tools such as Procore and ACC. Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related construction fields only. - 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in document control. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and project/document management platforms such as ACC, Procore, Aconex, or equivalent. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new document control systems. - Proven ability to develop and standardize procedures, templates, and workflows across projects - Experience in training and capability building, including developing materials and conducting user training - Capability to lead implementation of document management processes across project teams - High ownership and accountability, with ability to work independently and collaborate across diverse teams - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to meeting timelines. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese; proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
