• This is a highly strategic and intentional hire, the second Account Manager at Cresta. • Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Account Management, you will play a central role in driving upsells, renewals, and long-term customer value. • Beyond individual quota ownership, you will be instrumental in shaping and co-building the Account Management function from the ground up. • We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys designing new processes, and can help create a scalable motion as the team grows rapidly in the coming years. • While this role begins as an individual contributor position, it comes with a clear path to future leadership for those who demonstrate strong performance, strategic thinking, and a passion for building.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Sales roles where you owned revenue or renewal outcomes; experience in the contact center ecosystem or consulting is a strong plus
