Role Description The Strategic Sourcing Manager manages the implementation, ongoing support, and prioritization of initiatives in Supply Chain Management. - Develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap. - Manages multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size, complexity, and duration. - Oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals to support strategic and operational business goals. - Directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost-saving initiatives. - Provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for a diversity of uses. - Leads analytical teams in developing their expertise to promote professional and technical growth. - Mentors and trains the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics, and requirements. - Oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations. • Serve as a trusted partner to the Evidence Solutions business to lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts and amendments using templates • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents, alongside legal • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents inclusive of signed SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices in an organized manner for the business • Assisting the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in project setup • Serving as the primary point of contact between the finance and project teams to initiate client invoicing • Leading client portal setup and updates • Additional ad hoc support as needed

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Evidence Solutions business to lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Contract operations includes: • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts and amendments using templates and serving as the point of contact for contracting operations with our internal legal team • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process from initial draft to signature and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all contract documents to business leads for submission to clients or subcontractors • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents, alongside legal, to ensure that each Scope of Work (SOW) abides to the key terms of the agreement • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents inclusive of signed SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices in an organized manner for the business • Project coordination includes: • Assisting the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in the appropriate systems in relation to project setup, maintenance of project updates and resource assignment • Serve as the primary point of contact between the finance and project teams to initiate and forecast client invoicing based on project status and contract terms • Ensuring subcontractors and vendors have appropriate client project codes for invoice submission for ease of entry to accounts payable • Liaising between clients and internal teams as needed to resolve invoicing questions/support • Leading client portal setup and updates • Additional ad hoc support as needed

• Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end (including creating a scope of work, and securing owner approval) to ensure issues are resolved promptly, ensuring all needed information is received (status updates, photos, estimates, invoices), communicating with vendors and internal teams, and assigning technicians to address requests. • Provide exceptional customer service at all times by attending to turnover service requests, vendor service calls, and messages within SLA guidelines and in compliance with company policy and practices. • Manage all electronic record keeping as it relates to repairs and maintenance including internal communication, vendor communications, resident damages, and any other needed information. • Ensure non-covered items are completed by the resident or billed back to the resident. • Coordinate inter-departmentally in order to receive necessary approvals for turnover service requests and provide updates and serve as a resource for Property Management teams. • Additional tasks as assigned.
