• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales representatives selling to promotional products distributors to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase conversion rates • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to monitor performance indicators from daily activity (bookings and revenue, calls, and samples sent) • Develops, documents, and drives sales related process consistency across the team • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs. • Handle escalated customer issues, large quotes and negotiations when needed. • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, supporting reps with pricing, customization and shipping logistics. • Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales representatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is required.
- Strong understanding of imprinting techniques, customization options, product timelines, and industry pricing.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
