Role Description As a German-speaking Area Sales Manager (all genders), you will be the key commercial driver for the DACH region, combining technical understanding with consultative sales excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define the right air purification solutions for their processes—long before talking about products. This is a fully remote role based in Germany, with high autonomy and strong international exposure. Role Description As Regional Sales Director for the APAC region in our Military, Helicopter & Energy business, you’ll be responsible for leading a team responsible for the sale of assigned products and services within the APAC region for Helicopter products. Responsible for meeting planned sales volumes, market penetration, and profitability objectives. - Develop and set short and long-term territory sales strategy considering market opportunity with new and existing customer base. - Manage and coach the team to achieve sales targets and grow regional business, improving quality of earnings. - Conduct sales calls, prepare and perform product delivery presentations, provide product support, and perform other sales and marketing functions as required. - Coordinate and manage the relationship between the organization and the approved intermediary of the company; owns Sales Intermediary selection, negotiation, and agreements. - Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Salesforce.com (SFDC) database through completion of induction information for each customer transaction as well as call reports. - Serve as company representative at industry trade shows, sales meetings, marketing workshops, training sessions, and other special events as required. - Manage transactional costs and margins by applying a thorough knowledge of market segment cost drivers.
