Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and solutions-focused HR & Recruitment Manager to support a growing Australian mental health organisation. This is a senior remote role responsible for leading recruitment, HR operations, workforce coordination, onboarding, compliance management, and people systems across a growing multidisciplinary business with multiple clinic locations throughout Sydney. The successful candidate will take ownership of HR and recruitment operations across the organisation with minimal day-to-day oversight from leadership. The role is designed to reduce the operational and people-management burden on the CEO and Executive Assistant by independently managing workforce operations, staffing coordination, recruitment pipelines, HR systems, and employee-related matters. This role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, an excellent communicator, a fast learner, and capable of independently driving outcomes, solving problems, and managing difficult conversations professionally. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Workforce Management - Lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical, operational, and support roles - Recruit psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and allied health practitioners across Sydney and Australia - Recruit offshore support staff in the Philippines across customer support, finance, marketing, digital, IT, website, social media, and operational support functions - Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates - Compensation Range: $20.23- $24.65 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
