Title: Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Description: ANINE BING is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team based in Los Angeles. The Operations Coordinator supports cross-functional business operations, project execution, inventory management, and marketplace initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and revenue growth. This role partners closely with Merchandising, E-Commerce, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across digital and operational channels. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture. This is a hybrid position based at our Los Angeles HQ, working in-office Monday through Thursday. The role reports to the Director of E-Commerce, Marketplaces. Responsibilities Include: - Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reporting related to sales, demand, inventory, and operational performance. - Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and operational risks. - Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. - Lead product setup, asset management, and digital merchandising updates. - Assist in the execution of marketplace launches and promotional campaigns to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. - Support process improvements and operational efficiencies across multiple business functions. - Support marketplace expansion initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with company standards. - Coordinate sample sale and flash sale operational activities, ensuring brand standards and execution excellence. - Support communication with external vendors, developers, and partners to maintain project timelines and operational standards.
