Role Description Battelle is seeking a Test Technician to provide hands‑on technical support for TSA acceptance testing activities supporting a broad range of testing and evaluation activities nationwide. This is a remote position and will require nearly 75% annual travel. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Test Lead or Senior Test Lead and plays a critical role in ensuring tests are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with TSA‑approved procedures and schedules. Please note, this position is contingent upon Battelle receiving a contract award. Final hiring decisions will depend on organizational needs and candidate qualifications, with employment commencing only after the award is confirmed. Responsibilities - Support on‑site test execution and remote acceptance testing activities for checkpoint and/or checked baggage systems. - Assist with test setup and teardown, including positioning equipment, test articles, test kits, and data collection devices. Inspect test kits prior to deployment to verify completeness, condition, and readiness. - Execute test steps as directed by the Test Lead using TSA‑approved test plans and procedures. - Operate and monitor test equipment during execution, ensuring proper handling and safe operation. Assist with data collection during testing, including manual data recording and electronic capture. - Communicate test issues, anomalies, or safety concerns to the Test Lead promptly. - Coordinate with Test Leads, logistics personnel, OEM representatives, and site personnel during test events. - Assist with retesting activities when systems fail or require verification. Qualifications - Associate degree in related field; 2–4 years of hands-on technical experience supporting testing, field operations, maintenance, or equipment deployment. - Experience working with electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems. - Ability to follow detailed test procedures and accurately document results. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email). - Ability to lift and move test kits and equipment (up to 50 lbs). - Ability to work in industrial, airport, laboratory, and OEM factory environments. - Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-standard hours during test events. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively; work will be performed remotely with nearly 75% travel. - Sole US Citizenship with eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain TSA Suitability. Sous l’autorité du Directeur des Services Techniques, vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine composée du DST, d’un responsable CTM et d’une assistante technique. Au cœur des projets de la commune, vous interviendrez sur des missions variées : - Gestion des projets techniques - Pilotage de projets : voirie, bâtiments, éclairage public, réseaux, énergie, photovoltaïque - Programmation, maintenance et modernisation du patrimoine communal - Coordination avec les prestataires et partenaires institutionnels (SICTOM, Communauté de Communes Loire Semène, SPL, etc.) - Gestion des arrêtés de circulation et des DICT - Gestion des marchés publics et contrats techniques - Conduite des marchés en lien avec les services affaires générales/finances, rédaction de cahiers des charges - Assurer le suivi administratif des contrats (marchés publics, conventions, prestations de service) - Préparer les renouvellements, vérification des clauses, suivi des prestations et des échéances - Appui aux missions de maîtrise d’ouvrage et de maîtrise d’œuvre - Soutenir le Directeur des Services Techniques dans les études de faisabilité, le suivi de chantiers - Participer à la planification des projets, au suivi des prestataires, à la réception des travaux Qualifications - Bac +2 minimum (ou expérience équivalente) - Débutant accepté (formation interne prévue) - Sens de l’organisation et de la conduite de projets - Rigueur, méthode et capacité d’alerte - Bon relationnel et communication avec élus et partenaires Requirements - Savoir-faire : - Conduite de projets - Utilisation des suites bureautiques - Capacités rédactionnelles - Savoir-être : - Savoir rendre compte et alerter si nécessaire - Rigoureux(se), méthodique et disponible - Sens du dialogue

• Build your daily travel plan and use route optimisation tools to hit every farm efficiently • Hit the road, driving between farms • Manage collar stock on customer farms, making sure levels are accurate and nothing slips through the cracks • Pack and dispatch urgent spare collars to farms that need them fast • Ship collars back to AKL HQ and keep logistics running smoothly • Conduct hardware audits and trials on customer farms. • Be a positive, professional face of Halter when you're on-farm with our customers

• Responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times • Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required • Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies • Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections • Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations • Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood • Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
