Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in network support within a complex, multi-vendor environment
- Hands-on experience with network architecture concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN design, routing and switching, segmentation, redundancy models)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security best practices
- Experience with change management processes and tools
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-priority incidents
