• Analyze and document requirements and business rules; • Specify APIs, information flows and integrations between internal systems and marketplace platforms; • Work on data modeling and design of integrated solutions; • Support the definition of system architecture, considering scalability and security; • Drive improvements to existing integrations and support the transition to new CRM solutions; • Work alongside the Business Analyst and multiple institutional areas; • Monitor system deployments and configurations; • Functionally validate technical deliveries with end users; • Support the quality team in creating test scenarios; • Train users on system functionalities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with emphasis in IT, or related fields;
- Previous experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, data modeling, API and integration specification; CRM projects are a significant plus;
- Intermediate English.
- Prior experience implementing/supporting CRM systems;
- Experience in institutional or educational environments;
- Knowledge of integrated solutions architecture;
- Knowledge of databases and system integration structures;
- Experience with marketing automation.

This integration does not currently exist and will be a significant initiative for this role to define and execute. • Engage Finance and BD stakeholders to document current-state processes, capture requirements, and produce functional specifications precise enough for developers to execute without repeated clarification. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards via Acumatica GIs and Power BI providing Finance and BD leadership with timely, accurate insights. • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders including Finance leadership.
