Role Description As a Business Central Construction Consultant, you will play a key role in executing upon our growth plans within the digital transformation industry. You will be a seasoned Business Central Functional Consultant with a background in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of Business Central solutions for the UK SME market and Construction Industry. - Detailed understanding of the Construction Industry in relation to processes, terminology, and legislation. - Take full ownership of all projects overseeing their successful delivery while remaining customer facing. - Provide assistance and insight to the Xperience Commercial Team to drive product adoption with clients and prospects. - Build commercial awareness within our teams. - Thirst for learning and passion for people. - Work collaboratively to leverage and develop the knowledge, skills, and experience within our consultancy team. Qualifications - Demonstratable professional experience working within Dynamics365 Business Central/Navision (2013 version onwards) as demonstrated by having worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations. - Have fully implemented at least one Business Central system for a Construction Industry company. - Full understanding of Construction Industry processes/terminology and legislation. - Experience in design, implementation, support, and management of Business Central solutions. - Ability to assist in developing accurate project plans, with a track record of delivering on budget and on time. - Ability to accurately estimate effort and time required from the team to deliver the solution the client needs. - Ability and relevant experience in working with clients with a diverse set of requirements across multiple industries. - Willingness to travel to our offices and client locations when required to meet the needs of the business. - Valid Right to Work in the UK (We do not currently hold a visa sponsorship licence). Requirements - Knowledge/previous experience of the Construction Industry. - Experience using third party solutions such as Continia and Jet Reports. - Working knowledge of Office365 and how it applies to the Dynamics 365 suite. - Previous experience of D365 Development using C/AL code. - Ability to produce reports in SSRS. - Demonstratable user experience of Power BI or other business intelligence skills. - Previous experience of working in a pre-sales capacity.

• Help organizations across the country demonstrate the impact of CHW programs, strengthen evidence for sustainable funding, and translate rigorous research into practical improvements that benefit patients with complex medical and social needs. • As an Evaluation Consultant, partner with health systems and community-based organizations nationwide to design, implement, and interpret rigorous evaluations of Community Health Worker (CHW) programs implemented using the evidence-based IMPaCT model. • Advise partner organizations on their evaluation strategy: co-create evaluation questions, select appropriate study designs (retrospective analyses, RCTs, quasi-experimental approaches, mixed methods), and recommend pragmatic tradeoffs to fit organizational capacity. • Help design analytic plans: help organizations develop statistical approaches (e.g., multivariable regression, propensity score methods, diff-in-diff) and analytic plans for evaluating their CHW programs. • Support data collection and measurement: help define outcomes and covariates, design surveys and data capture tools, and advise on EHR and administrative data extraction. • Build partner capacity: train staff on evaluation basics, data interpretation, and continuous quality improvement. • Support dissemination: help prepare evaluation sections for grants, reports, blogs, and presentations for stakeholders.
