The Role As one of Candid Health’s first Solutions Consultants, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales team and be at the forefront of our growth. In this role, you will work with our largest prospective customers to ensure we demonstrate clear, measurable value to their revenue cycle pain points using Candid's unique capabilities. You will also be instrumental in building the foundational infrastructure – the processes, tools, and knowledge – that empowers our entire Sales team. What you’ll be doing You will work directly with our Sales team to pitch and close our largest and most strategic enterprise prospects by mapping their business objectives and revenue cycle challenges to Candid's capabilities You will craft and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the impact of Candid's solutions You will conduct detailed value analyses for potential prospects in order to present valuable insights on what Candid's product can offer You will partner with our Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand prospective customer pain points, and assist in crafting the implementation plan for new customers You will play a crucial role in educating and enabling our Sales team to deeply understand the value proposition and capabilities of our product, empowering them to sell more effectively and confidently As one of the first members of the team, you will help to build a team that is passionate about architecting impactful solutions that deliver real value in healthcare Who you are

Job Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Engineering position working with highly complex and customizable products/implementations
  • While not required, it is highly preferred that you have experience working within Digital Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within Healthcare
  • You possess a strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully partnering with Sales teams to articulate value and drive customer acquisition.
  • You are adept at understanding complex customer challenges and developing creative, value-driven solutions.
  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging in high-level discussions with prospective customers.
  • You have a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and enabling your internal partners.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology space, particularly within revenue cycle management and understanding of key performance indicators, is a significant plus.
  • Pay Transparency
  • The estimated annual salary range for this position is $175,000 - $226,000 OTE. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
