Partner Enablement Manager, GTM

Cresta

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs that quickly ramp new partners on Cresta’s product, value proposition, ideal use cases, and joint sales motions • Partner closely with Partner Leadership to ensure enablement aligns with partner tiers, certifications, and GTM priorities • Standardize and reinforce how partners position Cresta throughout the joint sales cycle—from discovery and solution alignment to executive conversations and close • Enable partners on key elements such as qualification, use-case mapping, competitive positioning, and multi-threading in complex enterprise environments • Deliver ongoing partner training through live sessions, workshops, and scalable content (e.g., playbooks, certifications, recorded enablement) • Work with Product Marketing to develop partner-specific enablement assets from existing direct sales materials, including pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive guidance, and persona-based messaging • Define and track partner enablement success metrics such as partner ramp time, certification completion, partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and win rates • Use data and feedback from the field to continuously improve programs, content, and delivery methods

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Sales, Alliances, or a related role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel, SI, technology, or services partners—especially in enterprise or complex sales motions
  • Proven ability to design enablement programs that scale through indirect sellers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Partner, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Deep empathy for partners and a passion for helping them succeed as trusted customer advisors
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with modern enablement tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
