Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in optometry, orthoptics, eye-care
- 2-3 years of experience in customer facing roles within surgical environment or other industries
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic procedures, product technology, and selling to the medical profession
- Demonstrable track record developing and executing business plans, goal setting and team building, performance management
- Strong desire and ability to learn technical knowledge
- Understanding of the MTAA code of practice.
