Role Description The Region Sales Manager drives consultative sales growth for Shared Imaging's mobile diagnostic imaging solutions within an assigned territory. This role focuses on CT, MR, and PET/CT systems, building strong partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers. You'll combine market insight, solution-oriented selling, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored imaging solutions that improve patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable financial value. - Remote opportunity - Territory: Southeast Region - Virginia, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama - Preference will be given to individuals within the territory Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a targeted list of prospective customers using industry databases, market intelligence, and professional networks. - Conduct consultative sales calls - in-person, virtual, and by phone - to identify client needs, present solutions, and guide the decision-making process. - Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations highlighting clinical value, operational efficiency, and financial return on investment (ROI). - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, asset management, etc) to ensure accurate proposals, pricing, and project execution. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, aligning with company guidelines and customer needs. - Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular site visits, strategic account reviews, and proactive issue resolution. - Track and report sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the clinical, operational, and financial aspects of the mobile imaging market. - Achieve or exceed sales goals, focusing on new business growth and customer retention. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience considered (5 years required, if no degree). - Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in diagnostic imaging - mobile imaging experience strongly preferred. - Proven track record of consultative selling into hospitals, outpatient centers, or private practices. - Working knowledge of CT, MR, and PET/CT technologies and their clinical, operational, and financial applications. - Understanding of healthcare workflows, reimbursement models, and financial drivers in capital equipment purchasing processes. - Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and strategic planning abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
