We are seeking motivated, driven, and reliable Inbound Call Center Sales Representatives to join our virtual team. In this role, there is no cold calling. Customers are calling us, and it’s your job to understand their needs, present the right solutions, and close the deal. What You’ll Do - Handle inbound sales calls from prospective and existing customers with energy and professionalism. - Listen actively to customer needs, handle objections confidently, and recommend high quality products and upsell items. - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates and quality assurance goals. - Accurately enter customer data and order details into our system during the call. Qualifications - You are goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by financial incentives. - You have a clear, friendly phone demeanor and can build quick rapport with diverse customers. - You can comfortably navigate multiple software programs and handle basic troubleshooting. - You are available to work the evening, weekend, or overnight shifts outlined above. - Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required. Requirements - Base Wage: $14.55 per hour. - Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 4:30 PM ET and 3:00 AM ET. - Commission: Performance-based incentives. Top performers regularly earn an additional $10-$15+ per hour on top of their base pay! - $200 Sign-On Bonus: Earn an extra $200 after successfully completing training! Available Schedules - Currently hiring for high-demand shifts, which is currently Friday through Monday. - Daytime-only schedules or schedules without weekend shifts are not available currently. - Part-Time (16–28 hours) and Full-Time (30+ hours) schedules based on your availability. - Must be available to work both weekend days to receive maximum hours. - Evenings: Shifts starting after 12:00 PM ET. - Overnights: Shifts starting after 8:00 PM ET. Upcoming Training Schedule - First Available Training Dates: Tuesday, June 2nd & Wednesday, June 3rd, Time: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET (Both days). - Second Available Training Dates: Tuesday, June 9th & Wednesday, June 10th, Time: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET (Both days). Jack Henry’s Fraud Center is part of the Consolidated Contact Center, an inbound contact center that works 24/7/365. In this position, you will provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment assisting callers with fraud issues on their debit, credit, and ATM cards. This can include lost or stolen cards, and cardholder assistance. The pay range for this position is $34,320-$37,500 per year. Shift differentials are offered for qualifying shifts. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in: Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. However, you will be required to be onsite for your first day of onboarding. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for: - Responding to incoming phone calls and gathering information regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities. - Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures, and directing them to their respective financial institutions when appropriate. - Actively participating in various group meetings including but not limited to team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions. - May perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: - A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support. - The ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - The commitment to work an assigned schedule in a contact center that is open around the clock, seven days a week. This may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. (Training occurs during the first five weeks, Monday and Friday. The training schedule likely will not be your assigned schedule.) - Reliable, high-speed internet service that is at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. If there is more than one person using the internet, the download speed should be 25 Mbps. - A quiet and confidential workspace. You will also need a comparable backup location if your primary site experiences a power outage or an internet failure. What would be nice for you to have: - A data entry background. - The ability to work well as part of a team, receiving feedback from leaders to improve metrics.
