Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Call Center Sales Agent to join our team, focusing primarily on a single, high-demand product line dedicated to health. Employees may be cross-trained on other products or campaigns depending on company needs. This is a performance-based role where your primary goal is to close sales generated by inbound calls. We hire experienced or highly motivated sales professionals who are eager to significantly increase their earnings potential. This position is for candidates located in Douglas County, Oregon only. What You'll Do: - Answer inbound sales calls and provide a top-notch customer experience. - Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities. - Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services. - Upsell and cross-sell additional products and autoshipments. - Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven sales experience or a strong, demonstrated eagerness to sell and close leads. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. - Reliable attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable. - Basic computer proficiency. Requirements Training Information: Upcoming training class dates to be determined based on accepted applications. Candidates will be given possible training dates upon successful completion of pre-employment assessments. Unique Scheduling Requirement: Due to the campaign's specific call volume patterns (including nights and weekends), this role requires flexibility and the ability to work shifts that may be irregular, including split days off and unconventional hours. Mandatory Scheduling Availability: - Must be available to work 2 out of 4 days between Friday and Monday, including 1 weekend day. - Must be available to work at least 1 out of 3 days between Tuesday and Thursday. Technical Requirements for Remote Workers - Reliable high-speed wired internet (25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload). - PC only. No Macs, Chromebooks, or Linux. - Intel Core i5+ processor (or equivalent) recommended. Minimum 4 cores. - 8GB+ RAM. - 100GB available hard drive space. - 1440x900+ resolution required (commonly found in monitors 17 inches or larger). - Dual or large monitors preferred. Laptop screens may make our work from home application difficult to navigate. Computers with a 15 inch monitor will not work in our environment. - Wired headset and webcam (integrated or external). Benefits - Guaranteed Base: $15.00/hr (paid bi-weekly, commission paid monthly). - Performance Pay: Earn 15% commission on every dollar of revenue generated. - Earning Potential: With an average order value of $150+, our successful agents typically close 1–3 deals per hour. - No Caps: Your income is limited only by your ability to close. - Shift differential for overnight hours. - Medical/dental/vision available to full-time employees. - Sick pay for all employees. - Part-time (20-28 hour per week) and full-time (30+ hours per week) schedules available.
