Role Description As a Global Oncology Market Access Payer Insights Co-op Associate, you will: - Be responsible for supporting Oncology global health market access analytics tactical plans for multiple projects. - Define and maintain tools and resources critical to enable effective execution of Global and regional market access projects. - Define and develop tools to improve efficiencies in processes and communications with internal partners. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Professional Undergraduate degree (sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, Medicine, or other healthcare related fields) or Graduate degree in an appropriate field (Science, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Public Health). - Achieved strong academic performances. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail. - Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Outstanding communication (written and oral) and strong social skills. - Work independently and demonstrate high motivation to surpass expectations. Requirements - Location: Ontario, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island or the job can be performed remotely in one of these provinces. Benefits - Applicable pay range: $22.00/hr to $32.00/hr. - Business Roles: The base pay for this position is Second Year $22.00/hr, Third Year $23.50/hr, Fourth Year $24.50/hr, Master’s degree $27.00/hr. - Technical Roles: The base pay for this position is Second Year $26.00/hr, Third Year $27.50/hr, Fourth Year $28.50/hr, Master’s degree $32.00/hr. - The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in Canada. Role Description We are seeking a Research Analyst, Product Research to join our Product Research team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing, designing and executing several Canadian research studies, support benchmarking studies, and deliver insights that help insurance organizations understand product and industry trends, competitive practices, and product shifts. You will design and manage research projects of moderate complexity, enhance data accuracy, and contribute your subject matter expertise to internal and client facing initiatives. What You’ll Do - Manage projects with low complexity with minimal support. - Co-author or lead author for member-facing deliverables, providing industry context to study findings, including current events. - Update and enhance surveys and studies of moderate complexity. - Identify and recruit new study participants. - Assist in identifying research gaps and opportunities. - Run data collection processes with moderate supervision, handling some issues independently. - Conduct trending analysis for assigned studies/datasets, considering the validity of results in relation to other industry metrics/trends. - Monitor and identify data-related issues in assigned projects. - Apply standard and custom edits and checks to assigned studies/datasets. - Apply basic descriptive statistics independently and clearly articulate insights and provide context and insight into company-specific metrics and trends. - Interact with survey participants regarding questions and necessary revisions. Respond to and contact company representatives professionally. - Assist team members by providing support for their projects where needed, and actively support team goals and deadlines. - Present to team members and broader research groups. - Attend study groups and other convening opportunities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on the Canadian insurance market. - 5+ years’ experience in industry research and/or data analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Experience in managing projects with moderate complexity, including developing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing guidance and support to project teams. - Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes.
