Role Description For one of my clients — a multi-million eCommerce company with two strong brands in the premium home decor space — we’re currently looking for an experienced Freelance Creative Strategist with strong DTC experience. We’re looking for someone who understands performance-driven creative strategy, knows how to develop winning ad concepts for Meta, and can combine data with strong storytelling and visual thinking. Experience in the home decor / interior space is a strong plus. You’d be working across two unique brands: Skull Bliss and Noro Arts. - Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance campaigns across Meta (and occasionally other platforms such as AppLovin or Google) for our brands Skull Bliss and Noro Arts - Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to generate data-driven creative insights - Write clear, actionable creative briefs for our content team and collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and videographers - Develop storylines, hooks, and visual directions for new ads (both video and image formats) - Identify creative test hypotheses and translate key metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, etc.) into actionable improvements - Continuously optimize existing creatives based on performance data - Research social media and advertising trends to refine and evolve our brands’ creative direction Qualifications - Experience in Creative Strategy, ideally in a performance-driven environment - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to creative decisions - Proven experience in writing creative briefs and collaborating with performance and design teams - A conceptual thinker with a strong sense for storytelling, visuals, and hooks that resonate on Facebook and Instagram - Very good English skills, both written and spoken - Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently Benefits - 100% freelance & fully remote work - A very driven, ambitious, and fast-moving team - Extremely steep learning curve and hands-on growth opportunities - The chance to work closely with experienced operators in the DTC space - Personal discounts across both brands - A creative and highly collaborative environment with lots of ownership Company Description Time to Hire is a boutique recruitment partner for companies that value precision, speed, and exceptional talent.
