Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager to join the EV (Electric Vehicle) Products division and help shape the future of connected mobility. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across two backend teams, ensuring alignment with product vision, and maintaining strong collaboration with frontend and infrastructure partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight, excels at stakeholder communication across international teams, and brings a data-driven approach to performance tracking and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in translating long-term goals into actionable plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality. On a given day, a Project Manager you will: - Lead end-to-end delivery of Program Increments (PI), ensuring quarterly objectives are planned, executed, and delivered on time, while actively managing progress, scope, and blockers. - Coordinate and align two backend teams with cross-functional partners (frontend, infrastructure) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. - Translate product vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans, driving technical, architectural, and business alignment. - Define, track, and report KPIs with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders, including sprint-level insights and executive reporting (e.g., SteerCo and top management). - Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across multiple regions, proactively managing communication, and facilitating meetings. - Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure consistent alignment between development, infrastructure, and applications teams.
