What You Will Do - Dodávat produktové featury end-to-end, refactoring, fixování bugů - 60 % - Vylepšovat náš agentic workflow, rozvoj platformy - 20 % - Komunikovat s produkťákem a účastnit se týmových ceremonií - 20 % What We Are Looking For - 3–5+ let prokazatelných zkušeností s end-to-end doručováním feature (od návrhu přes implementaci po produkci, bez předávání mezi FE a BE). - Každodenní práce s agentic coding nástroji (Claude Code, Cursor a podobné). - Hluboká znalost Next.js (App Router) a Reactu (Server components, streaming, optimalizace výkonu). - Backend a SQL na slušné úrovni (principy autentizace/autorizace, návrh API, security best practices a PostgreSQL nebo jiné SQL). - Produktové myšlení - umíš přijít i s dalším krokem na základě potřeby zákazníka. - Dokážeš balancovat rychlost shippingu a kvalitu kódu. - Čeština/slovenština native, angličtina B2+. • Own the SDK-level connectivity layer for our iOS and Android apps in mainland China • Focused on transport-layer logic, connection management, and client-side resilience strategies for users in challenging network environments

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks and Apache Spark; • Develop and optimize PySpark/Spark SQL notebooks for large-scale data processing; • Implement batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks Workflows, and Structured Streaming; • Manage and optimize Delta Lake/Lakehouse architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers; • Integrate data from multiple sources including APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third-party systems; • Work with Azure services such as ADLS Gen2, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps; • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance, scalability, and cost optimization; • Implement data governance, security, access controls, and compliance standards using Unity Catalog and RBAC; • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product teams to deliver reliable data solutions; • Support CI/CD implementation, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Responsibilities - Assist with technical support: - Help troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to PAM deployments, including system configurations, safe management, user lifecycle management, and integration support. - Monitor system health: - Support ongoing monitoring of logs, alerts, and incident dashboards; escalate issues to engineering or managed-services teams as needed. - Knowledge-based development: - Collaborate in creating and maintaining internal documentation and customer-facing guides for onboarding, troubleshooting SOPs, and FAQ updates. - Participate in onboarding: - Assist in sandbox environment setups for new clients and contribute to pilot deployments under senior guidance. - Shadow engineering activities: - Observe and support deployment and integration tasks (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and take part in internal training sessions. - Collaborate cross-functionally: - Work closely with Engineering, Managed Services, and Sales to relay client feedback, document recurring issues, and propose technical improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. - Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms and Network infrastructure including firewalls is a plus. - Some exposure to IAM/PAM tools, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), or scripting languages (bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus. - Familiarity with Authentication, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS). - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Team-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment. - Prior experience in cybersecurity or in technical support/administrative support roles.
