• Develop, test and maintain applications with a primary focus on back-end, ensuring performance, scalability and security; • Design and implement APIs, services and integrations between internal and external systems; • Participate in defining software architecture, contributing technical decisions and best practices; • Optimize database queries and ensure efficient handling of large volumes of data; • Ensure code quality through automated tests, code reviews and use of development patterns; • Monitor, diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring application stability and high availability; • Collaborate with front-end, product, QA and infrastructure teams to deliver complete, integrated solutions; • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective), contributing estimates and timelines; • Document technical solutions, APIs and processes to support maintenance and system evolution; • Support and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology fields: Computer Science, Systems Development or related areas;
  • Experience in backend-focused systems development;
  • Experience with C# (.NET);
  • Experience with Go (or another modern back-end language);
  • Development of RESTful APIs / GraphQL;
  • Experience with microservices or a well-structured monolith;
  • Knowledge of asynchronous processing / concurrency;
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar);
  • Basic/intermediate Front-End experience;
  • Knowledge of React and integrating with APIs;
  • Understanding of state management;
  • Experience with databases;
  • Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.);
  • Basic data modeling knowledge;
  • Experience or familiarity with NoSQL (plus);
  • Knowledge of architecture and performance;
  • Experience with scalable systems;
  • Familiarity with distributed systems;
  • Use of caching (Redis or similar);
  • Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics);
