Dynamics 365 Developer – Customer Engagement

• We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to expand and enhance our Customer Engagement (CE) and Case Management capabilities. • This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within our Dynamics 365 platform to support enterprise-scale customer service operations. • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a focus on Case Management. • Develop plug-ins (C#/.NET) and client-side customizations (JavaScript). • Build automation and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Azure services. • Partner directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine user stories and deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment. • Support ongoing platform enhancements, integrations, and production stability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 8+ years of hands on hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and enhancing Case Management or Customer Service modules within D365.
- Strong proficiency in: C# and .NET for plug-in development.
- JavaScript for D365 form and UI customizations.
- Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations).
- Experience integrating D365 with Azure services and external systems.
- Solid understanding of D365 architecture, data model, security model, and solution layering.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with active participation in backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
