Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Bookkeeper, Finance Operations Manager, or similar mid-senior finance role
- Strong hands-on experience with Xero (essential)
- Experience using Shopify within an ecommerce environment (essential)
- Experience managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and forecasting independently
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial operations
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong process documentation and SOP creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and operational platforms
