This position is open to Florida-admitted lawyers open to working in our Miami office. Experience - Minimum 4 years of experience. - Experience working on litigation matters in state and federal courts including drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, addressing discovery disputes and general litigation case management. - Experience in healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired. - Previous state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.
