Advises on contract structure and alignment with business objectives, providing input on approvals within level of authority and escalating as needed. Partners with legal in contract review processes and supports the presentation of proposals to Commercial leadership, as required. - Monitors customer sales volume, margins, and market conditions; provides insights and recommendations to leadership and supports implementation of adjustments. - Develops the Annual Capital Budget, Annual Business Plan, as well as Brand and Wholesale Customer forecasts with inputs from others in the Region. - Recommends new products, programs, strategies, and innovation management to improve sales and profitability. Assists direct reports in defining opportunities for participation in Brand Marketing programs/strategies. Coordinates the implementation of special programs/strategies. - Coordinates activities across teams to support Branded, Wholesale, and/or National Accounts customers operating across geographic areas.
