In-Store Service (ISS) Project Associate Americas - Mexico & LATAM Retail Excellence - Americas | Mexico City, Mexico | Full-Time Role Summary The ISS Project Associate is a ground-level execution role responsible for supporting the build-out and day-to-day management of SharkNinja's in-store service programs across Mexico and LATAM. Working closely with the Retail Services Project Manager (US), this role will help establish retail execution standards, coordinate with 3PL vendors, and ensure that in-store programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level SharkNinja demands. This is an in-country role designed to provide real visibility into what's happening on the ground-identifying actual needs, building local vendor relationships, and creating the operational foundation for scalable retail execution across the region. Rather than managing from a distance, this role ensures SharkNinja is in the weeds where it matters most during a critical phase of LATAM expansion. Mission Support the execution and scaling of SharkNinja's in-store service programs in Mexico and LATAM by providing on-the-ground coordination, vendor management, and operational support-ensuring that the retail experience meets the same standards of quality and consistency established in the US. Why This Role Exists As SharkNinja expands its retail presence across Mexico and LATAM, in-store execution cannot be effectively managed solely from the US. The nuances of local retail environments-vendor landscapes, labor markets, retailer expectations, and operational logistics-require someone embedded in the region. This role provides the in-country presence needed to understand what LATAM actually requires rather than assuming US models translate directly. It is intentionally scoped at the associate level to prioritize learning and discovery during this phase, with a clear path to grow as the region scales. Key Outcomes (First 12 Months) - Local 3PL vendor relationships established and onboarded for Mexico retail execution - In-store service playbook adapted for Mexico market-reflecting local retail realities, not US assumptions - Reliable on-the-ground reporting on store conditions, merchandising compliance, and program quality - Smooth coordination between Mexico field operations and US-based Retail Services PM - Foundation built for scaling ISS programs into additional LATAM markets in Year 2 - Clear documentation of regional needs, gaps, and opportunities to inform future investment decisions Core Responsibilities Field Execution & Coordination - Support the coordination and execution of in-store service projects across Mexico retail locations - Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance, display quality, and brand ambassador performance - Serve as the local point of contact for 3PL partners, field labor agencies, and retail store teams - Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and field issues-escalating risks proactively - Coordinate logistics for retail buildouts, shop-in-shop installations, and merchandising refreshes Vendor & Partner Management - Help identify, vet, and onboard local 3PL vendors and field service providers - Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and compliance standards - Gather and document vendor pricing, capabilities, and service quality to inform vendor selection decisions - Build strong working relationships with local retail partners and store-level contacts Reporting & Regional Intelligence - Provide regular status updates on active projects, vendor performance, and field conditions to the US-based Retail Services PM - Document local market insights-retailer expectations, labor dynamics, logistical constraints-that inform how SharkNinja adapts its execution model for LATAM - Support data entry and tracking in Airtable and project management systems to maintain visibility across regions - Assist with cost tracking and budget reconciliation for Mexico-based programs Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, field execution, merchandising, or project coordination - Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City - Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable with regular travel within Mexico (and eventually broader LATAM markets) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or CRM tools - Self-starter mentality-able to work independently with limited direct supervision in a fast-paced environment Preferred - Experience working with 3PL vendors, field labor agencies, or retail service providers - Familiarity with Airtable or similar workflow/database platforms - Background in Consumer electronics, CPG, consumer electronics, or retail merchandising - Experience coordinating across US and LATAM teams or multinational environments - Understanding of Mexico's retail landscape (Liverpool, Costco Mexico, Coppel, Sears Mexico, etc.) Key Stakeholders - Retail Services Project Manager - US (Christopher Do) - Director, Global Retail Excellence - Mexico and LATAM Sales Leadership - 3PL vendors and field service agencies (Mexico/LATAM) - Retail partners and store-level contacts - Events & Training teams (as LATAM programs scale) What Success Looks Like - SharkNinja has a clear, ground-truth understanding of what in-store execution requires in Mexico-not assumptions, but verified intelligence - Local vendor relationships are established and performing against measurable standards - The US team can make informed decisions about LATAM investment because they have reliable, real-time reporting from the field - In-store programs in Mexico run with the same discipline and quality as the US-adapted for local realities, not copy-pasted - The foundation is in place to scale ISS operations into additional LATAM markets without starting from scratch Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don't just raise the bar-we push past it every single day.
