• Develop and execute organic growth strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord), ensuring consistent, engaging content is posted. • Engage with online communities, manage discussions, and respond to comments. • Monitor Web3 trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. • Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the Web3 space. • Prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports. • Build and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering engagement and participation in key industry conversations. • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). • Perform A/B testing on creative assets, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for better conversion rates. • Handle lead generation campaigns for key Web3 initiatives, events, and reports.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in managing paid ad strategies and performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent content creation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a European time zone overlap and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote working environment.
  • Enthusiastic about blockchain, crypto, and entrepreneurship.
