Role Description Schellman is looking for a sharp, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimization of our digital marketing programs. This is a builder's role, where you'll be the operational heartbeat of our digital demand gen efforts. - Manage and improve our SEM program. - Launch targeted ABM-style campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions. - Ensure every digital dollar spent is working as hard as possible. - Partner closely with our Director of Demand Generation. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads campaigns. - Experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B audiences. - Strong analytical mindset. - Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms). - Familiarity with ABM concepts and execution. - Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, business management, technology, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent years of experience. - 4–6 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on SEM/paid search and paid social.
