Role Description Sous la responsabilité du chef de service agriculture et développement rural de la Direction Régionale d’Occitanie et de son adjointe, vous assurerez la gestion de dossiers complexes nécessitant des connaissances techniques approfondies. - Procéder aux contrôles de la délégation de l’Autorité de gestion, notamment en réalisant et en supervisant les contrôles de dossiers. - Contribuer aux autres activités du service ou des autres services de la direction régionale selon les priorités et nécessités de service. MISSIONS : - Assurer des travaux de gestion de dossiers complexes : - Mettre en paiement ou en recouvrement. - Être référent(e) ou superviser un domaine d’activité. - Rédiger les correspondances nécessitant des analyses règlementaires et techniques. - Rendre compte de son travail au moyen de bilans, d’analyses statistiques, de notes ou de synthèse. - Assurer le relationnel avec les bénéficiaires, interlocuteurs externes ou internes liés aux dossiers. - Assurer l’assistance téléphonique sur les dispositifs confiés à l’établissement. - Intervenir en appui sur d’autres domaines d’activité en lien avec les autres référents du service et éventuellement dans d’autres services. Qualifications - Connaissance des règlementations des dispositifs gérés ou aptitude à se les approprier. - Connaissance des multiples logiciels de gestion et de planification utilisés par le service ou aptitude à se les approprier. - Connaissance des processus d’instruction, de paiement et de contrôle des dossiers. - Connaissance des règles liées aux écrits administratifs. - Connaissance de l’environnement de l’ASP. Requirements - Appliquer des textes juridiques et règlementaires. - Assurer la gestion technique et administrative, expertiser. - Maîtriser les outils informatiques de gestion et de bureautique. - Rédiger des courriers administratifs. - Aptitudes relationnelles pour travailler en équipe et gérer les relations externes. - Savoir expliquer et animer un dispositif auprès d’une équipe.
