Role Description You are a technical, AI-native growth operator who sees marketing as a system to be engineered, not a collection of campaigns. You thrive at the intersection of growth, data science, generative AI, systems thinking, experimentation, and product intuition. You don't just use a marketing stack — you architect intelligent workflows, feedback loops, and AI-assisted systems that compound over time. You are excited by questions like: - What parts of marketing should humans still do? - What can AI automate entirely? - How do we dramatically increase experimentation velocity? - How do we build authentic, trustworthy growth rather than shallow optimization? You bring a builder's mindset — comfortable vibe-coding a Python script to bridge a tooling gap, moving fluidly between strategy and execution. You probably think the future marketing organization will look radically different from today's, and you want to help invent it. Qualifications - Systems thinking — you reason in workflows, feedback loops, and compounding advantages - Technical fluency with APIs and coding (ex Python), workflow automation, AI tooling, CRM architecture, and modern GTM infrastructure (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar strongly preferred) - Experience working with major Ads / Social platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc) - Comfort vibe-coding lightweight workflows and scripts in Python or JavaScript - Deep analytical rigor — you build systems that generate insight, not just dashboards - Experimentation mindset — you form hypotheses quickly, test rigorously, and update based on evidence - AI fluency — you already use AI heavily and constantly look for leverage - 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth engineering, RevOps. Product-led growth experience preferred. - No specific degree required. Demonstrated ability to build systems, drive growth, and learn quickly matters more. Requirements - Architect the growth system — Design end-to-end growth infrastructure integrating referral, paid, outbound, social, CRM, and product signals into a cohesive, continuously improving system. - Build AI-assisted workflows — Automate lead enrichment, segmentation, outbound sequencing, content generation, performance analysis, and workflow orchestration using tools like Clay, Apollo, and custom automations. - Manage an AI agent workforce — Design agents that handle data acquisition, enrichment, content transformation, research, and campaign execution. - Drive demand generation — Own performance across paid and outbound channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, partnerships). Build high-intent pipeline and drive awareness-to-trial conversion. - Treat growth like a product — Instrument the full funnel. Measure CAC, conversion, and pipeline quality. Use experimentation to isolate variables and improve system performance. - Build feedback loops — Connect prospect/customer behavior, campaign performance, CRM activity, and revenue outcomes into actionable intelligence using an AI-first systems approach. - Collaborate with sales — Optimize lead scoring, prioritization, handoff systems, and sales enablement workflows. - Engineer content systems — Transform organizational knowledge, CRM data, and sales conversations into high-performing ads, outbound messaging, landing pages, and email sequences. Benefits - Competitive salary plus stock options - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401k matching - Flexible PTO - More benefits to support long-term well-being Company Description Product Genius is pioneering Large Interaction Models — bringing the power of generative AI to applications requiring real-time response on limited training sets. Role Description Findies is scaling through multiple product angles — each with its own audience. Creative output is the single biggest lever on growth and today the single biggest bottleneck. We are hiring a Creative Marketing Lead to own the creative function across one of product units: set creative strategy, build production processes, develop our team of junior/mid Creative Producers, cross-functionally collaborate with Marketing Designers, and personally drive the thinking that unlocks winning ads on Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and beyond. What you'll be doing - Own creative strategy across one of product angles (Fashion or Beauty) — triggers, hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap. - Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → QA → testing → iteration). - Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles — you are the most senior creative thinker in the company, and you set the standard. - Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers; raise the bar of the creative team. - Conduct competitor and trend research; distill insights into prioritized creative bets. - Own and evolve Findies' internal AI-powered creative pipeline to compress time-to-creative. - Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives shipped by Findies. Qualifications - 2+ years as Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer / Creative Strategist in subscription or high-velocity B2C apps. - Direct ownership of ad performance metrics — you think in win rates, CPI, hold rates, and thumbstop rates. - Proven track record of creatives scaled to ≥5% Meta win rate, with specific numbers you can cite. - Hands-on mastery of paid social creative (hooks, pacing, UGC, vertical video, AI-generated formats). - Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut AI) and documented workflows. - Data-driven approach — you argue in metrics, not in taste. - Leadership: ability to set vision, build process, raise standards, develop people. - Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you ship and iterate rather than wait for briefs. - Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Benefits - Remote-first work format with access to Genesis offices in Kyiv and Warsaw. - Flexible schedule — most of the team works roughly 9:00 to 18:00 for convenient communication. - Learning and growth opportunities: access to an educational hub, professional communities, workshops, and specialized courses. - Company-provided equipment when needed. - Support for private entrepreneurs (Ukraine/Poland): assistance with tax reporting. - Corporate doctor available in Kyiv and Lviv. - Medical insurance (USG) for employees in Ukraine after the probation period. - 20 paid working days of vacation (4 weeks / 28 calendar days). - Corporate discounts on sports, education, beauty, health, clothing, cleaning, entertainment, and gifts.
