Qualifications - 4+ years experience in a creative agency with a track record of mentoring or managing junior creatives. - Advanced-level proficiency of After Effects, Figma, and Jitter. - 3D, Touch Designer or Cavalry experience is a significant bonus. - Proven ability to integrate AI-driven tools into a professional creative workflow. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver feedback sensitively and professionally. - English proficiency for collaboration with the global DEPT® team.
