Role Description En Open English buscamos un/a Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas B2B – SDR con enfoque Outbound, que apoye al equipo de ventas B2B en la consecución de nuevos clientes corporativos. Esta posición es clave dentro del proceso comercial, ya que será responsable de: - Identificar oportunidades claras de negocio. - Contactar prospectos estratégicos. - Agendar citas efectivas de preventa para nuestros Ejecutivos de Ventas externas. 👉 No se realizan cierres comerciales (closer). 👉 No se entrega base o cartera de clientes. Buscamos personas creativas, perseverantes y con alta capacidad de comunicación, que se sientan cómodas hablando con gerentes y tomadores de decisión dentro de compañías. Responsibilities - Realizar contacto Outbound con prospectos B2B en el Cono Sur. - Identificar y calificar oportunidades de venta de manera efectiva. - Agendar citas de preventa para el equipo de Ejecutivos de Ventas. - Mantener una comunicación clara, profesional y persuasiva (oral y escrita). - Gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas de forma productiva. - Registrar la información de prospectos y actividades comerciales. - Demostrar constancia, disciplina y orientación a resultados. Requirements - Salario fijo: $2.106.000 COP (bruto). - Comisiones: Sin techo (evaluadas por número de citas mensuales y cash). - Contrato: Término fijo renovable cada 3 meses. - Al mes 12, según desempeño, posibilidad de pasar a indefinido. - Modalidad: 100 % remoto. - Herramientas de trabajo: Proporcionadas por la compañía. - Auxilio mensual: $200.000 COP para gastos de energía o conectividad. - Beneficios adicionales: Licencia de Open English 100 % gratuita desde el día 1. - 30 % de descuento para familiares adultos (hasta tercer grado de consanguinidad). - Excelente ambiente laboral.
