• Building strong relationships with farmers and helping them safeguard their crops with confidence • Creating tailored crop insurance programs that support each client’s goals • Growing your book of business through genuine relationship-building • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch service • Keeping clients protected through smart coverage analysis and ongoing support • Traveling to farms, fields, and ag events (hope you enjoy sunshine and fresh air!)

• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients. • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various products to promote sale of vehicle service plan. • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss existing service plan coverage. • Call on F&I Managers in Auto dealerships to explain plans, to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique. • Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealer to implement and provide program. • Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitable for both the client and the insurer. • Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services. • Train dealers on sales process and F&I process as needed. • Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.

• Own the end-to-end execution of each webinar, from registration setup through live event delivery • Manage the email program around each webinar – invites, reminders, follow-ups, and longer-arc nurtures • Translate each webinar into a full content ecosystem – companion blogs, on-demand pages, video assets, and supporting copy across channels • Use performance data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where the program should go next
