Role Description Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for assigned tax compliance duties related to state and local sales/use, fuel, excise, and miscellaneous indirect taxes. Assigned tasks may include: - Preparation and filing of tax returns, license applications, and information reports - Processing tax payments and journal entries - Handling inquiries related to company vehicles within strict guidelines - Providing support during state or local tax audits - Coordinating the receipt and/or distribution of tax exemption documents to support tax-exempt sale or purchase transactions The ability to learn and understand tax-specific software applications is required. May be required to communicate with company personnel, customers, or vendors to obtain tax data and transaction information. The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning.
