Role Description Placé/e sous l’autorité du chef de pôle, le/la juriste, traite les dossiers des réclamants, mettant en cause principalement la déontologie des fonctionnaires de la police nationale, des militaires de la gendarmerie nationale, et des agents de l’administration pénitentiaire. - Un effort particulier est demandé en termes d’objectifs quantitatifs afin que les demandes individuelles des réclamants puissent être traitées dans les meilleurs délais. - Le/la juriste est chargé/e, en collaboration avec les autres juristes du pôle, de l’instruction de réclamations : - Rédige des demandes de procédures judiciaires aux parquets. - Effectue des demandes de pièces aux administrations et entreprises de sécurité mises en cause. - Rédige des décisions. - Tous les courriers et procédures sont soumis à la validation du chef de pôle. - Le traitement des saisines urgentes peut impliquer l’organisation d’un déplacement dans les 24 heures. Qualifications - Excellente maîtrise de l’expression écrite et orale. - Rigueur, sang-froid, méthode et sens de l’organisation. - Grande loyauté, respect de la confidentialité, discrétion et réserve professionnelle. - Savoir travailler dans des délais contraints et forte capacité de travail. - Savoir faire face à des situations délicates. - Sens de l’écoute et du dialogue. - Sens du travail en équipe. - Autonomie et sens des responsabilités. Requirements - Master 2 en droit pénal et sciences criminelles et/ou « droit et justice ». - Master 2 droit privé spécialité droit pénal/procédure pénale et/ou Diplôme d’institut d’études judiciaires. - Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la sécurité. Role Description - SRSU seeks qualified, adjunct/part-time instructors to teach dual credit students enrolled in freshman- and sophomore-level university courses in Psychology. - Teach online, synchronous courses at a variety of days and times. - Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material. - Use a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines. - Evaluate students to measure their progress in achieving course objectives and inform students in a timely manner of their progress. - Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community. - Position is security sensitive.
