Role Description Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Sales Teams für die Bundesländer Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Thüringen unbefristet in Vollzeit eine/n Junior Key Account Manager (m/w/d). - Unterstützung bei der Verbindung zwischen unseren Vertriebspartnern und der Zentrale in Windhagen (RLP), insbesondere in beratungsintensiven Projekten und im laufenden Tagesgeschäft. - Beitrag zum zielgerichteten Auf- und Ausbau des Endkunden gerichteten Vertriebsprozesses und Partner-Entwicklungsprozesses in den zugeteilten Bundesländern. - Beteiligung an der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Prozessablaufs von der Angebotserstellung über die Bearbeitung von Aufträgen bis hin zur ordnungsgemäßen Auslieferung unserer Produkte. - Systematische kontinuierliche Analyse, Optimierung und Ausbau seines Key Accounts. - Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Messen und Endkundenevents. - Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung der Partnervereinbarungen sowie der Vertriebs- und Pipeline-Reportings zur Planung des Sales-Forecasts. - Teilnahme an Branchentreffen, Gremien, Netzwerken und Aktivitäten von Verbänden, einschließlich internationaler Sales & Marketingmeetings. - Intensive Betreuung und Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer nationalen Vertriebspartner vor Ort. Qualifications - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder kaufmännisch technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung. - Erste Kenntnisse in der IT-Technik/Videotechnik oder entsprechend technische Affinität. - Erste Service- oder Vertriebserfahrung im Rahmen der Betreuung von Vertriebspartnern. - Offene Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung. - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. - Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, wünschenswert Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen und dem Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision.
