Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Description We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and integrative medicine to join our team in a telehealth role. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as patient demand expands. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to deepen their expertise in hormone health, functional medicine, and metabolic care while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities - Conduct telehealth visits including new patient evaluations and follow-ups - Diagnose and manage patients using an integrative and functional medicine approach - Initiate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women - Interpret and apply comprehensive lab testing (hormones, metabolic markers, thyroid, etc.) - Develop personalized treatment plans including: - Lifestyle and nutrition recommendations - Supplements and targeted therapies - Medications when appropriate - Manage weight loss protocols (GLP-1s, metabolic optimization, etc.) - Provide ongoing patient education and support - Collaborate with clinic team on complex cases and care plans - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Qualifications - Licensed NP or PA (active, unrestricted license) - Comfortable with or interested in learning HRT and functional medicine - Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills - Interest in root-cause medicine vs. symptom-only care - Ability to build rapport and manage patients virtually - Self-motivated, adaptable, and growth-oriented Preferred Experience (Not Required) - Experience with hormone therapy (BHRT, testosterone, perimenopause/menopause) - Functional or integrative medicine - Weight loss management (including GLP-1 medications) - Familiarity with advanced lab interpretation - Telehealth experience Schedule & Compensation - Part-time to start, with pathway to full-time - Flexible scheduling - Compensation based on experience (hourly or per-visit structure optional) Why Join Perspective Health? - Opportunity to grow in HRT and functional medicine - Supportive, collaborative team environment - Expanding patient base with high demand - Ability to shape your role as the practice grows - Meaningful, relationship-based patient care

Role Description As a Wellness and Data Analysis Student Worker, you will play a valuable role in helping analyze data and grow programming and resources to support student compliance. Some general duties are expected to include: - Directly assist Compliance Specialist with analyzing and reporting on student’s total compliance status as related to OAR and OHSU immunization policies and specific program requirements. - Assisting with data entry of Immune Status Forms and supporting immunization documentation into student’s charts in Enterprise Health. - Supporting the Compliance Specialist by running the weekly COVID non-compliant report and emailing to key stakeholders. - Understand and follow FERPA and HIPAA regulations regarding the sharing of compliance information. - Other duties as assigned, plus may be based on students’ skill sets and/or interests.
